Today in our teaching and learning environment, learners and teachers carry a cellphone that can be integrated into the curriculum as a tool to enhance teaching and learning.
If schools can draft or draw ICT policy that will drive the integration of these ICT resources in e-learning, e-content,e-portfolio,et cetera.
Question will be:"Who is suppose to integrate ICT resources(Cellphones) to enhance teaching and learning?"

The problem is ICTs are not integrated to our schools curriculum yet.Unless we can stand up to ensure that this happen to our schools, I mean we educators.That can make a huge different to these technological minded learners of today
